Contract tube cutting of alloys including exotics, brass & copper for formed parts. Most end configurations done simultaneously. Wire & tubular parts bent, without kinking, headed & bulged. No distortion or collapse on outside or inside diameters. Length tolerances to plus/minus .001. Diameter to 1/2 in. O.D. x .040 wall standard. (larger on request). Tumbling if necessary to remove sharp edges. Passivating & grit or bead blasting available. In-house tooling mostly in carbide. JIT delivery.
